Hello! My name is Ryan Smith and I own TruCraft Design + Build, LLC. I started this business because I love people and I want to be able to bring a custom aspect to people’s homes that they are really happy with.

It is really important to me to be able to help people be successful in their home projects. I think the way this actually happens is by visually breaking down what you are asking for and then explaining how the process, engineering, and finances tie in to everything.

Growing up in a family business of general contracting, I have been doing residential construction work since I was a child. I grew up building residential construction projects and after graduating from PennState with an engineering degree I dove fully into project management and construction.

There are a lot of people that have to come together for the success of a home project and my goal is to be able to respectfully relate to all these people and bring their talents in to make something really amazing. I want to be able to offer my clients a package of everything they need to make their home what they want at a more affordable price.

When I’m not working on a house or with a client, you can usually find me tinkering in my garage or outside. I’ve been water skiing since I was a kid, love hiking, biking, snow skiing, skate boarding, and really anything active or engaging. I also love to spend time with (or drive crazy) my wife, two kids, and little cavapoo pup, Chelsea.
